the Nova Scotia Real Estate
Appraisers Association (NSREAA), where you
will find information regarding the appraisal profession in Nova
Scotia, including the registration requirements, professional
development programs, and an outline of the education courses required
for the CRA and AACI designations.
The Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association became a self-regulating association under Provincial Statute (Bill 86), The Real Estate Appraisers Act. This means that anyone engaged in the practice of real estate appraisal within the meaning of the Act must be a registered member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association.
