MEMBERSHIP
To become a
Candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (which will also
mean membership in the Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association),
you must be at least 18 years of age and provide documentation as
follows:
Effective January 1, 1998, individuals first admitted and former CRAs and Candidates requesting reinstatment to the Institute must hold a degree from an accredited university in order to attain use of the AACI designation.
An
application form must be submitted to the Nova Scotia Real Estate
Appraisers Association with the appropriate fees, evidence of the
required education, and character references. This form
will be mailed out to prospective candidates by the NSREAA.
